This photo sums up our past week/ten days.  The flu has clobbered our house and until today, I was the only one who escaped.  Upon purchase of the third bottle of children's tylenol this week, however, my nose started running and it's been downhill since.  Welcome to the House of Flus.

The countdown is on:  9 days until 2011 begins and brings with it our own 365 photo project.  The concept, one photo per day, isn't new -- but it's dear to my heart and a project I'm determined that we complete.  2011 brings with it the tenth anniversary of our marriage, our ninth year in Georgia and seventh year as parents.  I have no doubt that our trips, travels, tribulations and triumphs will make for an interesting body of work; I hope that we can truly record this crazy little life with emotion, with passion and with love.  After all, isn't that what family is all about?
